There are billions and billions of people in the world. And every one of us is different in our own special way.
It's ok to be different. God made us that way on purpose.
Even though we are all different, there is one thing that makes us the same...
Hi! My name is Patrick Ballantine! It is so nice to meet you!
Patrick Ballantine often heard how different people can be. The world seemed divided, as grownups focused on people’s differences. Ballantine has learned that it is the little things in life that truly matter most. Reading this book with a child is a simple pleasure, but it could help shape their life, and yours. Enjoy each page together, laugh together, open your minds and hearts, and see how we really are all the same. The message is to be kind, smile, and love one another. Ballantine agrees with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who said “Love has within it a redemptive power… that eventually transforms individuals.”
Ballantine is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and Dayton School of Law. He owns a Government Relations Company and lives in Wilmington, North Carolina with his wife Lisa, son Augie, and a Westie named Coconut (Coco). They also have a daughter, Wilker, who lives in Texas with her husband Fisher.
